Just in time for your Santa list… Stampin’ Up! Trimmer has arrived!

Introducing the new & improved Stampin’ Trimmer!

Available to order now for only £25.95

Although paper trimmers are a common crafting tool, this trimmer was designed exclusively by paper crafters for paper crafters—and because it was made by Stampin’ Up!, you know it’s a cut above the rest!

Features of the All-New Stampin’ Trimmer

  • An extra-wide 15.9 cm cutting base and an extended 39 cm ruler
    • The extra-wide cutting base provides a large work area and is marked in 4 mm increments, allowing for small measurements.
    • The right-side grid helps you measure and cut very thin strips.
    • The extended cutting arm has a stabilizing leg to provide a sturdy and steady cutting surface for longer cuts.
    • When fully extended, the extended cutting arm sits flush with the trimmer base, providing more accurate and consistent measurements across the entire surface.
    • All rulers and measurements on the base are printed under a plastic cover so your measurements won’t wear off.
    • The base has non-skid feet, which keeps the Stampin’ Trimmer securely in place on your work area.
  • A full 30.5 cm cutting and scoring track
    • The extra-long cutting track has space at the top and bottom so you don’t have to take the cutting and scoring blades out when you’re not using them.
    • The track gives you enough space to cut or score a full 30.5 cm without having to remove or switch out handles.
    • The cutting track locks in place for secure storage or transport.
    • The track includes an insertion point for cutting and scoring blade handles so you can easily insert handles into the cutting track.
  • Specially designed handles and cutting track to ensure straight cuts
    • The hook on the scoring and cutting blade handles keeps the handles stable so the cuts are as straight as possible.
    • Handles come in two colours: dark for cutting, light for scoring.
    • The precision tip on the cutting blade allows you to pinpoint precisely where you’re cutting.
    • The point on the side of each handle shows you where the blade will cut, making it easy to see exactly where your cuts and scores will begin.
  • Storage compartment under base
    • The storage compartment holds scoring and cutting tools such as a Bone Folder, Simply Scored Stylus, extra scoring and cutting blades and even business cards.
    • Separate compartments within the storage compartment keep your tools organized, and the clear cover makes it easy to see what you’ve stored.

new Autumn & Winter catalogue blog hop…

Hello and welcome to my blog.

I am glad you popped in after looking at Leanie’s blog.  You would have seen some lovely things that have been crafted using products out of the new Autumn and Winter seasonal catalogue.  Well this catalogue has been out for one whole month already, so by now you should have decided what your favourite product(s) are.

My favourite product(s) will change on a daily basis depending upon my mood that day, I am sure they even change throughout the day.

I must admit though I still like the ornament bundle as there is just so much that can be done with it.  In addition to this I really do like JOYOUS CELEBRATION stamp set & HOLIDAY FRAMES embossing folder.

AW 12 (1)

This card was made using the polka dots embossing folder, crumb card card & crumb cake 3/8” taffeta ribbon, modern label, merry minis,  word window punches, scentsational stamp set and holiday frames die set.

AW 12 (2)

I know there has most probably been hundreds of the decorations made using the ornamant stamp & dies sets.  I chose to do mine in crumb cake ink, very vanilla & brushed gold card.

AW 12 (3)

Again like the ornament stamp & die set there will be a lot of gorgeous projects made using the scentsational stamp & die set.  I chose to use cajun craze ink as i think it is perfect for gingerbread people.

Thank you for stopping by, have fun as you continue with your journey through BLOG LAND… I will hand you over to the lovely Beckie.

I would like to thank Laura (my SU sister) for starting this blog hop.

P.s. only 29 more sleeps until CONVENTION!!!!!!

Forgive me blog for I admit I have been neglecting you…

I must admit I do neglect my blog but I have now decided to start updating it on a weekly basis to start with, then who knows my even do it on a daily basis (wishful thinking).

I have been busy moving house and planning the North Norfolk Retreat Weekend that I will be hosting with Sandra.

final version of my page from my scrapbook class 17.3.2012

scrap p.3 17.3.2012

When I planned this page I knew I wanted to add a picture that represented something about ‘2012’ even though at the time we were only 3 months through it.

Whilst in my car driving to my first scrapbook class as a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator.  It was then that the penny dropped - my first class is what 2012 is all about as this will be the first of many classes that I do.  So what better than a photo of my new found friends who attended my class.

What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday 147 ~ WOYWW

It was my intention on doing a WOYWW picture every week, however that certainly hasn’t happened.  Last time I was crafting on my lovely sofa in front of a roaring fire.  Well I am still crafting in the sitting room as hubby allowed me for ONE day in February and I haven’t moved back out…lol

Once I have finished planning my card making class (Fakenham 29.3.2012) and sorted my craft room this week, or maybe next week I will be moving back into my newly arranged craft room (updates of picture to follow).  Once I move back into craft room I can decorate the sitting room.  Well here is my working area in the sitting room:

Stampers 10 information

Good morning my crafty friends,
hope you are enjoying the lovely weather, what better time to craft in the sunshine!
I have now updated my ‘Stampers Club’ page so please check out the information and this is a really good way of getting all the items on your wish list without having to splash out all at once.
It doesn’t seem so bad spending about £15 per month, crafting is a guilty pleasure but by spreading the cost it removes all the guilt – like eating a cream cake without any calories!!!!

Absolutely fantastic first Stampin’ Up! Scrapbooking Class

Today I ran my first scrapbooking class at Chapel Break Village Hall (Norwich) and had an absolutely fantastic time…

It was lovely to spend my time amongst like-minded crafters… although for 7 people there was 30 cakes so I renamed us

‘The Calorie Loaded Crafters!’

Here are pictures of the items that we created during the class:

WOYWW 139

1.2.12 - WOYWW 139

Well as you can see my work desk has changed shape and form… as the weather has got so cold I have taken to sitting on the sofa in the sitting room and using the chaise as a desk.

It’s just so warm and cosy planning in front of the fire I am sure it warms the brain cell!

You can even see that I am comfort eating (Cadbury’s Fudge, Quarterback crisps which is hiding the Cadbury’s Flake wrapper) roll on warmer weather when I can cut back!

Once the planning has finished I will move my crafting butt back into the craft room!

Can I say thank you for stopping by and please feel free to pop by anytime.

WOYWW 25.1.12 1          WOYWW 25.1.12 2
WOYWW 25.1.12 3          WOYWW 25.1.12 4
Well after my embarrassment at the state of my desk and craft table on the 11th January I made a effort to tidy my work space.
Now although it would not be classed as ‘tidy’ and can be classed as a ‘major improvement!’  How long it will stay tidy will depend as I will be demonstrating at a Stampin’ Up! party tonight therefore, tomorrow I will most probably ‘DUMP’ everything on there when I return from the party.
Thank you for popping by and I hope to see or hear from you again soon!!!
Let me know if you fancy ‘Crafting in Company’ in Norfolk!
