Let me introduce to you…

Blendabilities from Stampin’ Up!

Stampin’ Up! have created their own range of alcohol markers in some of their colours.  They are available in twelve colour packs and Stampin’ Up! have created some lovely stamp sets to be used with the Blendabilities pens.

What Sets Them Apart:

  • The Stampin' Up! rectangular barrel keeps your markers from rolling away!
  • Flat storage helps to maintain the life of each marker,
  • Each marker comes with a tip on each end: brush and fine,
  • Marker tips are made of nylon, which is superior to polyester which can fray,
  • Colour coded caps,
  • Stampin' Up! markers coordinate wonderfully with our cardstock, and can be used with transparent sheets.

A pack of three Blendabilities cost £10.905 and come in twelve colours:

calypso coral #130996, coastal cabana #131000, cherry cobbler #130995, crumb cake #131004, daffodil delight # 130998, melon mambo #130994, night of navy #131001, old olive #130999, wisteria wonder #131002, pumpkin pie #130997, rich razzleberry #131003 & smoky slate #131005.

In addition to these colours you can purchase:

six pack of Skin Tone Assortment markers #129370 for £20.95,

colour lifter pen (for correcting mistakes) #129369 £4.50

Memento Ink Pad (permanent ink – no bleeding) #132708 £5.50

Memento Ink Refill (Item #133456 - 5,95 €/£4.50 ).

All of these will make a lovely addition to your Stampin’ Up! collection and if like me you are new to alcohol pens, you will find them very easy to use and very addictive.

Having never used an alcohol pen before, I was very impressed with how intense the colours were and how versatile they can be.  I am now addicted and looking forward to adding to my collection.

I started off by buying the colour lift pen (I always make mistakes) and a packet of rich razzleberry, coastal cabana and daffodil delight.  I used Stazon ink which is also a black permanent ink (#101406 £5.95, refill #102566 £4.25).  I also purchased the Blended Bloom stamp (#135906 £9.95) as I had seem some lovely cards that have been made using this stamp and the Blendabilities pens.

All of these items will be available to purchase from 1st July 2014 and you can pre-order these through me so that you will receive them within a week of them being launched.  Just contact me for more information.

knock knock on the door – they were out!

Sulked back home and told √Čloise (my almost sixteen year old daughter)and Lady Luck was on my side – they returned just as I got though the front door, so I ran again (I never run anywhere!)

WOYWW #261

Thanking your visiting my blog from the Stamping Ground!
I have decided that when it is time to take the photo for WOYWW my table is always a mess.  It could have been clean and tidy for the past few days but when I get around to taking the picture some little crafty imp messes it up!
20140603_220222[1]For example this afternoon I sat chatting to a friend and tidied the table as we chatted, then at photo time before bed you can see it is not very tidy.  Ok I did make three cards for customers orders but surely I never created all that mess!!
Well a guided tour is needed of my crafting mess:
  • pencil and pad – creating a new to do list, last one looked messy with all the crossing outs, original list to the right of my pad,
  • parcel tape – perfect for keeping my glue upright,
  • Blooming with Kindness stamp set – need to create five sympathy cards for a monthly swap on ILWS,
  • alphabet sizzlits – did a personalised wedding card for a customers order,
  • pencil case – had to be emptied and repacked as zip was bulging a bit too much, new sharpies collection has now been placed on the table,
  • just on the right side (going out of shot) – is my goodie tin.  Yes I am guilty of stashing chocolate from hubby and keeping it for crafting emergencies.  Although my granddaughter noticed it that Nana has two creme eggs in there along with my drumsticks, parma violets and swizzels.  I gave her a lolly and off she trotted, phew creme eggs safe until her next visit!
  • Well I promise that next week will be more exciting as my Stampin’ up! new catalogue goodies will be here today for me to play with… that’s the advantage of being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator!

Project Life and MDS

Well it is all go in the wonderful world of Stampin’ Up!

We are only 28 days until the new Stampin’ Up! annual catalogue is launched in the UK.  Having seen a copy of this, I am really excited as this is the best catalogue in my opinion so far.  It has more variety than ever, not only does it have some lovely stamp sets and punches, but they have brought in some new wonderful products – over the next 28 days I will be teasing you with sneak peeks! Watch this space!

One of these is Project Life, I was doing cartwheels when I heard that Stampin’ Up! had teamed up with Becky Higgins. I was like hearing that they were giving away free chocolate in the supermarket!

As I previously showed you Project Life has started on MDS (My Digital Studio).  In addition to the Everyday Adventure Digital Project Life Cards and the two Project Life Digital Brush Sets – Day to Day and Point & Click, that I have been showing samples of over the past few weeks, they have now brought out:

Happiness Is Project Life Cards £13.95 item no. 138041

Little Moments Project Life Cards £13.95 item no.138039

Playground Project Life Cards £13.95 item no.138040

Remember This Project Life Digital Brush Set £5.95 item no.138014

When the new annual catalogue comes out on the 1st July, you will see that they have the Project Life Card Collections and stamp sets the same as the Digital versions above.  In addition to this in to these they have Accessory packs (stickers, hardware, speciality cards, washi tape and a variety of embellishments) that will allow you to co-ordinate with the cards you have created.

I will continue to give you updates on Project Life and MDS. Next Monday you will get to see the cards that I created using MDS over the past few weeks and how I have used them.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you require any further information.
